I noticed when using one of the codes, I think it was the Moon Jump or "Guardians Can't Attack" that door and treasure chest animations didn't work.  Link would still successfully go through the door or open a chest, but the objects wouldn't react to his movements.  The chests also stayed closed as if you never touched them.  I was in a temple when I noticed these.

I would love some mini-game instant win codes too.  I've never liked mini-games in the Zelda series all that much, always so cheap.

It's guardians can't attack, it actually disables animation of everything but link and puts enemies and NPCs into a T stance, just toggle it off when you're not doing a trial
If there's any code at all that you want to be button activated, or even able to toggle on & off, and I have the game, just PM me and I'll make it happen

Ah okay, that makes sense, thanks.

Edit: Stupid question, but how do I toggle?  I mean, I press ++-, but where exactly do you do that, in the menu, in-game?  Or is it something else?

At least the had the decency of letting us press down.

right analog sword swinging doesn't sound bad. what about tilt?d-pad and left analog are occupied. and we still need to tilt up,down, left, right and stab. and hold up, thrust down, do a barrel roll. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind playing with the classic controller, and I look forward to see a hack for it, but I've been enjoying these controls. And I'm a wiimote hater. Everytime a wii game comes out, all my friends have to hear me complain about only wiimote. >.<

I agree completely! I am happy that we can quickly fix the calibration errors at least. I also have been happily playing the game as-is. I don't dislike the controls, I would just prefer alternative options every now and then. Yes, there are a few downsides to playing a game like this with a controller vs the remote (Weapon aiming, etc) but I'm an old-school gamer and I just prefer to play idly without having to thrash my arms around like an idiot. One of the best control schemes for the Wii to date. I'm a Zelda whore too, so I buy anything with the name on it and have a very hard time admitting faults of the series. >_>

Sadly, i've thought of this already too. I don't really have any good guesses to be able to fix the other motion mapping issues. I figured most (if not all) of the motion-based mappings could be remapped to either analog stick on the CC. For example, the tilt functionality usually only occurs while riding the bird, so IMO remapping that to the same right analog would resolve that without further issues. The rest though, i'm not sure about. That's why I posted it up, there are much more clever people on here for this kinda thing, all I do is conversions really, lol.

LMAO! I do the same exact thing. I hate all the motion-based things for games now. I feel like a moron sometimes about it though because it's like well you bought a Wii, what did you expect? Still, It makes no sense why some of the games that have come out only allow one play-style. I hear you though, sounds exactly the same as me...

Anyone noticed the sword beam code sometimes makes yous sword disappear? Pretty funny if you ask me. I think it only happens if your holding a life medal and you heal to max(no more sword beam with the unfixed code) while having the sword out and able to sword beam.

Fixed, and it happened when you hit something with the skyward strike after swinging the sword from the sheathed position

Yeah I got that, but how fast?  I pressed the sequence and it didn't do anything.

You press + & - at the same time. Should rename it to "+ & -".

What you did is what I thought when I first glanced it, but activators don't work that way.

Hi all. First off I'd like to second the requests others made for text speed adjustment and eliminating the "item get!" notifications every time you start the game.

As for my request: whenever you watch a cutscene you've already seen before, after a game over for example or EVERY cutscene when playing in Hero Mode, there is a big, permanent "Skip" icon in the corner. Is it possible to make that go away? And of course a conversion for the PAL version, if necessary.

Glitch.

These haven't been fixed yet? Seriously, do we really think we can hold 0xE400(58368) anything?
E400,
That's the Value I got for 100 Arrows, when i was poking in the game.  Which made me wonder cuz it looked very strange.
Also, I made it for NTSC-J.

But the codes you guessed work fine.
I tested.
I just didn't want it to display 20, but 100 xD

port all JP and PAL codes please
I think a lot of the JP codes would work on US ver. I compared the moon jump codes from both, and they had the same address...

Also, I can confirm that the WM+ sensitivity code is causing the graphical glitches. I had it on and I couldn't get past the first rope swing but I could when I took it off. That was my favorite code too...I wonder if it had something to do with me plugging in a 2.6 float value for it?? :(

Does this fix it?

C22F2BA8 00000002

Is there an unlock clawshot code? I seen some other codes, like unlock slingshot, ect, but no clawshot. I seen other codes that modify it, so I thought it would be cool to monkey around with it, but there aren't any codes to unlock it (preferably permanent).

aoshi22

I have a problem with this code:

Jump and Run Up Walls Further [hetoan2]
C223DDD8 00000008
9421FFB0 BDC10008
3DC08059 61CE9D0C
A1EE0000 2C0F0800
40820018 3E208170
3E004200 92110008
C3310008 EC59102A
D05D00C4 B9C10008
38210050 00000000
Also pressing A on ladders & vines causes you to climb them faster.

it works fine for its intended purposes, but it doesn't allow you to dive.  Whenever you try to dive underwater with this code on, you'll always stay on the surface.

sigh, and it's my favorite code too   :'(

daijoda

I have a question about diving, can you dive at the beginning of the game, or is that something you have to unlock later? I'm near the beginning and I don't think I can dive...

ukuneko's bomb codes for the JP version seem a lot of fun, so I ported a couple:

Bomb Maximum Blast Radius (Hold Z) [ukuneko] ported JP->US
0457776C 43C80000
28599D0C DFFF2000
0457776C 4E6E6B28
E0000000 80008000
*Hold Z. The explosion will hit everything (including you) in the area.
*The bombs make a very large shockwave, destroying almost enemies and objects.
*Pot, Rock, and Crystal switch, etc. are contained.

Bomb Gravity [ukuneko] ported JP->US
04577754 XXXXXXXX
*default - C2C80000
*Less - C1000000 far away throw
*Zero Gravity - C0000000

Bomb Gravity ("C,Right" to dial farther, "C,Left" to dial closer)
82200008 80577754
28599D0C 00004002
86900008 3F800000
28599D0D 00004001
86900008 BF800000
E0000000 80008000
