Apparently x955EC7 is also assigned to the value of the arrows, meaning the 0 at the end of hetoan2's "Inf Bombs" makes the number of arrows you have 0. I'm also guessing that that then effects his "Inf All Items" codes as well.

Are you sure arrow count is read from a half byte? that seems odd
If there's any code at all that you want to be button activated, or even able to toggle on & off, and I have the game, just PM me and I'll make it happen

Hi,

are ALL codes of this game the same as PAL apparently?
IF so, I posted a question in the PAL section, but then I might as well add it here, too... :)

I'd like to add a question... Would a "classic swordbeam" be possible with some codes? (only fire sword beams at full health, but then immediately, i.e. w/o the need to charge up the sword beforehand)
If so, I'd be very thankful if someone could make one :)

Would this be possible? (maybe in combination with the instant charge code? Or maybe something like charging up a sword beam is only necessary when *not* on full health...)

Sorry, but it was a mistype on my part. I meant that the 80 in hetoan2's code is causing the arrow count to remain at 0. I tried the x955EC7 address by itself and it indeed is shared by both the arrow count and bomb count, but they only share the first half byte. I hope I'm explaining it so you guys are understanding it correctly, but it would probably be easier to see it in action.

You should use my Infinite All Items code. That fixes those issues. I forgot to update my older one :S

I second this. Also can someone make infinite Rupee code that isn't 9,999? Just max out Rupee with the current wallet.

Missing Number

ah i'd still prefer a drop-rate code and a collectable multiplier, i dont want everything given to me, but i dont wanna have to over-farm to get it either

Broly

Is this one..

98 Inf Bug+Materials [Thomas83Lin]
08955E98 31623162
20060004 00000000

Less stable than this one...

99 Inf Bug+Materials [Thomas83Lin]
08955E98 31E331E3
20060004 00000000

I was wondering because I got the first one last night, and when i woke up there was the new one.

Not less stable just 99 looks better than 98 :)

edit:
added Hero Mode to the main thread

Hi,

I found a problem... first off, I am PAL user, but the code is said to work the same in both versions and is available for PAL as well. So IMHO it's not totally out of the blue to assume that the same might happen in the NTSC-US version...

Whenever I use "Infinite Sprint [Glitch]", it causes a freeze for a certain boss
[spoiler]US name is "Tentalus", the boss on the sandship. To be exact, during the story quest, it happened right at the start of that fight, when you get outside the ship.
Later in the thunder dragon's boss challenge, it happens after you had to climb up the crate, when Tentalus starts to destroy the first platform.
In each case, it was the exact same timing in every try[/spoiler]
I tried it with both USB and retail disc and both with and without the unneeded terminator line in the code. Other codes do not seem to cause any problems there.
Also the code doesn't work at a certain point in the game
[spoiler]when Faron Woods are flooded.[/spoiler]

Since I could reproduce it on several tries and with some variation, I thought I'd post it here... maybe there is a fix to it?

A second question, or rather request: Would it be possible to create a code which omits all those "You found a whatnot" messages for treasures and insects? I mean, it was nice the first time, but having to watch it every time I start the game is kind of ridiculous... :/

mothersbrain

I have a very cool idea for a code.

I call it classic mode: when your hearts are full, your sword automatically shoots skyward blasts like in the original legend of zelda. This could be combined with the damage multiplier code to compensate for link being powered up with full health. Just think about it. Classic mode. So sweet....

alycancis

The codes

Double Chop at Bamboo Island Minigame [hetoan2]
207B71F4 808500C4
047B71F4 38800062
E0000000 80008000

Bamboo Minigame Score of 99 [hetoan2]
207B71F4 808500C4
047B71F4 38800062
E0000000 80008000

are identical. I suspect mess up with copy paste
Is the original double chop code listed somewhere else?

patz

Are there code for Digging mini game? I want a piece of heart but keep getting bomb instead.
