If anyone was having trouble getting this to work with a wired controller it's because this code is for wavebird controllers to make it work with wired controllers change the 0's in front of the bolded values to 1's

I have a wired GC, and it works fine.  :) I didn't change anything in the code when I used it.

As for the difference, when you hit an opponent, they become...stunned...and fidgetty...they kinda start skaing really weird

Changing the value from 4F000000 to 4FFFFFFF does nothing
The only values that you can change are the 2nd and 3rd
4XX00000 and 4F is the maximum so 4F000000 = 4FFFFFFFF

Yeah, I know that, but I noticed something like I said in the Pt...it was affecting all his aerials, and if I put more F's, there was more stun.
I dunno, maybe it only works with WiiRD or something o.0
