yes it is but you have to rework the code a little.

About that code, I think I'm using it wrong, I can only get objects to overlap 1 square outside the builder, and when playing at the stage, the object just has a few flashes here and there, and you can't stand on it...

"Your doin it wrong" :P

You're supposed to hold A and - and then place the object.  I had the same thing happen.  So when using the wiimote you press either A and - and 2 to place an object or A and - and B to place an object.  :)

Edit: Turns out it stops working whenever all the items I spawned are unloaded, either by being used, thrown, etc. And the code loads 2 items per button press. Does this have anything to do with it?

From the video... I believe it is possible that the Wii is only freezing due to the Final Smash "Effects" disappearing whenever another character gets the smash ball... Some are able to perform their final smashes without any problems... while others do not...

To the point:

I would like to request a code that allows the "effects" to stay with the characters who still glow even if someone else gets another smash ball....

Do any of you think this is even possible?

It's because the Landmaster Final Smashes, Ice Climbers, Captain Falcon, and Marth (When he hits someone) freezes whenever they have the "glow" first and another person gets a smash ball and take their "effects" away and they freeze the game....

But whenever someone else is performing their final smash (like Giga Bowser, Ike, Link, G&W, Wario, Jigglypuff, etc.) who "don't need" their effects.... Those who "need" their effects don't freeze....

I used the level speed modifier to make moving levels go backwards, then I turned it off because it was causing problems, and now none of my stages will load.  Not even custom stages.

I looked around for a bit and I am still not sure where to post this(pretty sure not here), but I was wondering if anyone could direct in the ways of how these codes work and how to get information on them so I might create and edit my own codes (specifically for SSBB RSBE01).  Can anyone help me with this or direct me to where I should be asking this?
