I don't see anything that's conflicting, so the values you are trying to use probably don't work (I remember the game being picky on what values I used). What color are you trying to get?

It could just be an issue with the game, not all colors worked for me when I tested it. If Link Color is Yellow works, then there's no problem on your side. I think I remember a cyan like color working for me though, try this:
