Yes, if you are able too try to make/port the replacement codes. ;)
There are already many replacement codes for the United States version, here: http://geckocodes.org/index.php?c=RZDE01 , but sadly they are never been made/ported to the PAL version of TP.. :(
Also, maybe it's easier to the port codes then to make them again?! Could you at least try to port this code from the United States version of TP? :)

When you press Z(target), Rupee address is stored in.
And it is, decimal.
To use it you, Hexadecimal need to convert.
For example

Do you mean the TS's Super Spinner from James0x57? I tested this code out for you, but the activators seems not to be respond properly or i activate the code wrong haha. :rolleyes:
