Did you use ACToolkit (http://actoolkit.game-hackers.com/) to edit your ACCF savegame file (e.g. RVFOREST.DAT)?
If not, then try to open the savegame file with this tool and typically it could correct the checksums.

Just google powerpc assembly language for finding more information, and perhaps use asmwiird tool for converting the asm.

Yes I used that one.

That's my file, if you could check if anything's wrong. And I'll look up the powerpc assembly.

Your RVFOREST.DAT is OK, I uploaded it using Savegame Installer and then played the game (there are two residents currently). Not sure why you think it is corrupted.

Majora252

I tried it again and it's still not working. Once I press A at the title screen it says something like "The data cannot be used as it's corrupted. Would you like to start over and rebuild your town?". I press "No", and then it just says it's corrupted again.

Also, how do you convert a powerpc assembler code to hex? And is there a list of values so I know what I'm doing when I'm loading, editing, changing and storeing addresses?

Romaap

That's probably because of some codes.
Try to load Animal Crossing without codes unless they require a button combination to be pressed.

OK. I tried it and it worked. Thanks

New question. How do you make your own HDLC (Hacked Downloadable Content) and ODLC (Overlapped Downloadable Content)?

It would be nice a PAL version for TTI... If only someone could post a NTSC-u 80 mem dump I could try to port it.

Incase you haven't read the PAL support topic, people have already tried to get the address annnd obviously it didnt work.

Can someone make me a text file with all of the current codes? Please make sure it includes a TTI code and that it is compatible with the Cheat Code Manger for the Homebrew channel. Thank you SO much  :D

I know that there is a file replacement code for SSBB that allows you to switch the songs with any audio piece of your choice, and I was wondering if anything like this would be possible to do in Animal Crossing City Folk.

Preferably, I would like to replace the hourly music from ACCF with the hourly music from the Original Animal Crossing for Gamecube. This was a feature that many many fans were looking for in this game, but Nintendo unfortunately decided to rehash the same music that they used on the DS. Personally, I find the GC music to be much better.

Obviously, I have absolutely no idea how to make these codes, so I'm looking for someone out their who could perhaps take up the challenge, and write a code for this noble cause :D. The most I could do to contribute to this would be providing the necessary music files in mp3 format, but that's about it.

Anyways, anybody up for this?

Is there a hex value for the cherry blossom tree?

(It's a pink tree and the leaves are shaped different from other trees...)

eta - problem solved!

Does anyone know where to get some good NPC textures for the NPC editor?

Newwizkid

Is there a code that can reset everything to before button activators?
For some reason I dash faster freezes my game when I use the joystick. The save file is corrupted like that.

I'm starting to wonder if my character will ever be fast again.  :'(

sorry if this is a really old thread or anything? I  was just woundering if there is a code that could  possibly  make it to where when one of the animals want to move from your town you could stop them at anytime...?  it's kinda hard to let go when you play the game so much that eventually they leave an your so attached and use to them :( is it possible to have a code to stop that from happening...? thanks  if someoe could help it would mean a lot
