No problem.  Also, you'll want to keep track of how many pockets that you have empty when you're using this code and keep track of how many items that you're selecting because if you have anything in your pockets and you've selected more than what you had empty, those items will now be replaced with the items that you just selected.  Also note, that this code only works with the first profile on AC:CF!  If you use it with another profile besides the first one, the first profile will have items in their pockets instead.  I guess it's a little glitch in the code.

Awesome! Thank you very much, Warlock!  ;D

may I ask, what is the code for the "replace golden roses with rocks" cheat
My name is XSilverX.....use hacking for GOOD not EVIL!

Use the Search and Replace Item codes (where it takes input from text message XXXX YYYY).
XXXX is the hexadecimal number for gold roses (00B8) and YYYY is the hexadecimal number for rocks (could be from 005B to 0073, i.e. rocks 1 to 20 and 5 money rocks).

Heyy guys.....
Just want to find the answer to my question  :D
Ive been usin all these codes for a long time and had no problems
Even while using ocarina :P
But I put in two new codes, and now when I try and open up my inventory,
The game freezes...
The codes I put on were Ski goggles as accessory and text to item code.
Anyone else get this problem?
And anyone know how to fix it?
I took the codes off....
All of them... and It still does it...
Good thing I made a backup of the Save file.
So yeah, Thanks =]

I have a question, it's not completely related to the topic but...
With that new music replacement code that was released for Brawl a few weeks ago, I wondered if it would be possible for any other Wii games? I know this is unlikely but would like to know if it could potentially happen in the future (Animal Crossing is one game I would like to replace some of the music for).

Alright I messed up again guys. I already created a new file, cause the other one was f***** and no ome responded. Now my town is glitched. I accidentally made a typo in the real time search and replace text version code, i typed in "zr900c yf" by accident, and now I cant place anything on the ground. Ive tried entering "zryf fff1, zr0000 fff1, and even zrd001 fff1". How the hell do I fix this?
Thanks in advance.  :D

Can you use ACToolkit to first fix your town? Since it will try to find and write the right checksum for the savegame file. After that then you could reinstall it again and play with your cheat codes.

Hope this helps.

I can't seem to get any of the item type changing codes to work, like "Green Pipe is Equipment", or "Roman Helm is a Hat", etc.
I've tried several of them, using both Gecko and Ocarina. If someone knows what might be the problem, please let me know.

I've also never been able to get the "Emotion Cycler" code to work.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Respectfully yours,
MW42

I try to help on your first question since I had the same issue. Now I dont.  ;D

Thanks to DSPet for encouraging me to buy USB Gecko recently, so I could try fixing the FMK code
for modifying item (i.e. how to carry or wear it).

Link to FMK posting:

http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php/topic,1856.msg27247.html#msg27247

So here is the code (my first one, with a lot of credits to FMK and DSPet):

206E23C0 00003000
4A000000 91000000
103698D7 00000055
E0000000 80008000

I put controller command (push Z and Minus together) in the first line
so that I will not start with this code right away,
but anyone could choose to do differently.

In general you could replace the second and third lines with appropriate information (for the specific item
of interest):

4A000000  XXXXXXXX <-- replace XXXXXXXX with your starting address
10YYYYYY 000000ZZ  <-- replace YYYYYY with the offset to get the total address as XXXXXXXX + YYYYYY,
this total address can be searched using mem2 dump ($177 bytes after BITM
header of that item, thanks to DSPet for this info)
and replace ZZ with the new code as described in DSPet posting
                                    (right after that FMK posting)

So enjoy.

And if this is not the right place to post this, let me know and I apologize for that (this is my first posting in this
forum).

Does this code let you put accessories on top of each other?

conanac

It could be I guess, but I have not tried it. Let me know if you could do that, it would be amazing to see the result (change one accessory as another type of item, and keep the other still as accessory, then wear both at the same time).

It doesn't have a bug, I've used it myself a lot of times
Make sure you don't use both TTI and my duplication code at the same time on wi-fi, because

if you're on wi-fi and press C to duplicate an item, the text to item code will also activate, so
it'll think you're wanting to store 0000 in slot one (offline)
so online you'll be fine but when you go offline you'll have 0000 in your first inventory slot, and the game will freeze
I suggest you just change the activator of my code
if you don't know how then I'll do it for you, tell me which buttons you want.

This is exactly what happens to me. It writes the zero code in the first item slot. I'm not using the duplication code though, just the text to item one.
Other codes are "take villagers furniture", "Flowers Never Parched v2:[hetoan2]", are they conflicting?

does TTI work while gate open?
I only really want it 2 work cuz I can get all flowers/fruit instantly,,but I like keeping gate open 4 my friend.

Im using gecko 1.9.2

Anyone?

conanac

I could answer your last question:
Yes, I tried using TTI code while there were visitors in my town, and it worked fine.
