I´m quite clueless here but I keep seeing my codes at gscentral after having them submitted to geckocodes only. Do they copy/paste or is it some kind of mirror site? Sry if that´s a stupid question, lol.

I didn´t. I actually viewed the thread before posting this. I mean the database and not forum.
Seems like they do copy everything. Uhm... not sure if they asked me for permission, but nevermind.

When the database first went up, GSC was instructed to get permission from the individual hackers if they wanted any of their codes on the site.

GSC has a habit of such thieving practices.

At least they get the credit correct now, but still not okay.

...hrm. Yup, looks like most of the hackers from here have codes posted there; likely without permission.

GSCentral was never contacted directly about any such concerns. The only messages that were ever PMed to the administration were nothing but positive vibes.

Proper code credit has been given since the very beginning of GameShark Central since January 1998. We asked for permission from the hackers as much as possible. If the credit was altered for some unknown reason on WiiRD, the original code credit remained to maintain our integrity.

If you are worried about code credit, ask the thieves who stole the GSCentral database at GameHacking, not us.
