Gecko OS 1.9.3.1 Slight Problem

I have Wii System Menu 4.3 and The Homebrew Channel 1.0.8. I load Gecko OS 1.9.3.1 from The Homebrew Channel and when I exit Gecko OS, it goes back to the Wii Menu. I know this is Wii System Menu related because this never happened in Wii System Menu 4.2 so I was wondering if there would be any bug fix for this soon? I've noticed this a little after Wii System Menu 4.3 was released but never got around to posting it here because I rarely cheat in games except for hacking Super Smash Bros. Brawl replays to allow infinite time and save name tags.
