May I request code for scrolling and panning the pause camera, like a Smash Bros. pause camera?  ;D

IE:
C stick = 3D Angle scrolling
X = Zoom in
Y = Zoom out
L and R = Camera tilt
D-pad = Precision scrolling
Z = Toggles whether the angle stays when unpaused or not.
