Thanks for codes wilsonso and Bully.  Although I kind of wished the mini-game codes helped with kizuna levels.  I remember for Strikers 2012 someone made a 9999 points code for the tree minigame that instantly gave max kizuna.  I don't think this game does that since 9999 points in bus pull doesn't do much sadly.
