Gold Sonic is unlocked in the option menu from the world section screen, Not sure if i'll spent the time doing any more or not. I'm sure someone else will complete your Request list.

I'll try Working on the Gold Sonic for boss levels This afternoon. The Unlocking of red coins i'm pretty sure My Unlock All Levels Code also gives you all the red coins
And My Moon Jump code wont work for the Gamecube Controller, but i wasn't aware you could use a GC Controller so i'll put that up soon as i get home also.

ok i've tried the moon jump and i found an issue that maybe it's good to tell everyone who's gonna use it: in the asteroid coaster act where gravity shifts all the time i had problems because when sonic is upside down i press the jump button and sonic doesn't get off the ground.i tried not using the code and that solved the problem,so it's definitely the code doing it.so avoid using the moon jump code on that act people ;)

Or you could just switch your controller, for one that doesn't have Moon Jump enabled on it.
