Guitar Hero 3...

I tried to make codes for guitar hero 3 just now, but 90% of the time I click 'run' after pausing the game (through wiird) wiird freezes and so does my wii... (I think it's just wii crashing). I tried repeatedly and have searched around topics, found one related post saying to pause before searching. That doesn't help. Any help would be appreciated (I'm playing PAL version btw). Thanks.

EDIT: Pause the game, but not through wiird.
