About translations

Hi.

Gecko OS features different languages to choose from. I'd like to give you translation to Finnish, but I don't know about Wii programming, so how could I send you the translation?

I would think the language is game specific, not gecko os specific

Yep. The language would have to be already included in the game, GeckoOS can only set in which language you want to play it.
