Java tool to compile/decompile/merge GCT files

Running on Linux and wanting to script some GCT-related work, I found that none of the existing tools really met my needs.  Inspired by the post "Cross-platform GCT Creator" on this forum, I decided to create a new tool in Java that could easily be used in scripted activities on a variety of platforms.

The result, "jwiicm" is now on SourceForge in both JAR and source tarball forms:

Cool, I may try this out sometime if I don't feel like manually creating the GCT files.
