No, but in the Gold Leaf galaxy, I saw an activation coin where you can't normally reach, but when I flew to it, all it did was create a launch star to where I could already go :(

i saw one of them that was on the Galaxy with the boo in the box (can't remember name)

it made a launch star that shot me into nowhere 0.o

it wouldn't let me die either. i just turned off my wii... i waited 10 minutes >_<

I got into the Molty Molten Planet, nothing inside.
I've searched everywhere in all Galaxy's, no luck, didn't find a thing.

I'm doubting you can find HomePlanet, you'll most likely need a code to load the planet, where ever it may be.

Most likely, the other planets in the far out could be part of Star World, or just for looks. We need someone to use the encoded, and find the HomePlanet and, if they can, put it back together? Tell us where it is, or maybe even move it to somewhere we can easily fly to... If thats possible.

About the Star World. Since the data for it is still in the game would it be possible to take one of the plannets from another level (Say the starting planet of the Good Egg Galaxy) and replace it with the Home Plannet?

And if the Star World planet is still there are there other plannets that don't appear in the game? I've run into only one unused one I belive but that was already in game.

In the Beta Planet videos from E³, after watching more videos, That Galaxy containing Good Egg Galaxy planets, Space Junk Galaxy planets, and I saw the Planet with Megaleg on it.
