wii 4.0 question

i don't know if anybody updated to 4.0 yet or not i did to see if anything was differnet but noting change. so anyway my question is. would the update fix any glitches in a game? because i use to do a glitch on dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 2. when your in the hyperbolic time chamber and you use freeza's death ball attack the screen would turn black but you can still play but you can't see the players. but i just tryed it last night and it don't work. so that why i want to know if the update would fix that problem?

I doubt that an update would fix the glitch on the game.  The glitch is on the game disc itself, and the only chance they possibly have of fixing it is to patch the IOS that the game uses.

For example, on the 0A-0 Wii versions of Twilight Princess, there is a game ending glitch which would cause you to have to start over.  Nintendo responded to this by issuing new game discs (0A-2) of Twilight Princess with that glitch repaired.  I believe that they would have to do the same in this instance.
