Quote from: Xtreme Starfox;1817As I said X4 Characters, Like 4 Links, Making a list for every possible combination would take long.

Oh ok. So you are saying that what you wrote is just the compatibility for 2-4 characters of the same type using the same final smash at the same time.

EDIT:
I created a code which lets you switch between all characters (excluding nana & popo by themselves, trainer independent Pokemon, and Mario #32.)

I know this has already been done by Krisan, but he did not offer it up for copy and paste. Am I allowed to post it here, even though someone else created the idea for the code? Even if I am allowed to post it, please PM me for it instead. I would like to be able to explain the controls, I did not make it quite as clear as Krisan, although it makes a lot of sense in my head.

If this is not allowed to be done here, I understand, please remove my edit immediately.

Also I'm sure mixing different Final Smashes would crash more than work.

As if anyone noticed the game only loads Final Smash Data for the character when he/she gets the smash ball, so the game probably won't have enough space to keep all those sperate smashes at once.

It is a fact that the game loads final smashes when the character gets the smash ball, or is this just your speculation?

It makes sense, I was just curious whether this is confirmed or not.

I didn't paste it in here because I figured it was wholly unnecessary. The information for what I did is already in this thread, so pretty much anyone could splice together their own version. (Which is probably better anyway, since everyone has their own button preferences.)

Feel free to post whatever you have on the subject, in any case.

I think for the fact that My Wii makes noise when someone grabs the smash ball & that the FS takes random time to be able to activate, (EG if you try to activate Link's Final Smash right when he gets the smash ball 90% of the time he will just shoot a arrow(s).)

Some other hacker could explain this to you better...

(or Ever had that time when you tried to use Gannondorfs off the stage, but instead you use warlock punch? lol =P)

Yeah, I figured it was probably that. However, it takes a while to make, and many people are lazy. If you had posted it, I probably would have dealt with your button preferences.

You are a 'he' right? I felt bad for assuming your gender after I posted, and your profile didn't say.

Yes, the same stuff happens on my wii.. except for the noise. I always thought the problem was that you couldn't use the FS in the air, not loading times. But you are probably correct.

Veritech Fox

I think you can activate everyones Final Smash in the Air..

EDIT: I think there is probably something wrong with my Wii as it has a hard time reading Brawl discs as 2% of matches in mid match the music stops and my Wii starts making load noises... Music does come back like 3 secs later though.

It is sloppy and unoptimized, but it works.
And yes indeed, I do happen to be male. Though "he" can be ambiguous anyway, so even if I weren't I wouldn't be offended by that.

Is your Wii close to you? You might hear it better if you stay within a foot radius or so of it.. The Wii is a pretty silent machine, but if you get close enough you can hear the disc access quite clearly when things like that occur.

Veritech Fox

You see my Wii makes REALLY load noises while loading as if it sounds if it's strugleing to read the disc.

Noticed from some youtube videos that my Wii also loads menus slower. =/

Warchamp7

Quote from: hetoan2;1746i used multiple character modifiers with the activators on them i had gigabowser set to a and warioman set to b. once i would press any of their moves (a or b)it would make me disappear and about 5 seconds later i would load as either warioman (if i pressed b) or gigabowser (if i pressed a) character.

If you do this with normal characters, does it play their intro animation or just spawn them from the top

If it plays their intro, this could have some interesting video applications (Though even if it doesn't, it still has some useful applications)

Also, just got back from my buddies and went through a few tests of Heinermann's color overlay code
(Too lazy to post the other 6 player codes :P)
Color Overlay (P1)
4A000000 90180FB8
1000000A 000000XX
E0000000 80008000

Before going to my friends, I knew that 04 was black and 05 was cyan. Heres some small test results

04 is COMPLETELY black, just like the Dark Link event.

05 Strong cyan tint, not completely solid color but close

01 was the characters lightened color (As if two people picked the same character color)
02 did nothing as far as I could tell
03 was the characters darkened color (Again like the light thing)
06 I didn't try
07 did nothing as far as I could tell

Could anyone give me just a full list of possible overlay colors by chance?

Also, don't give alloys the emerald color lmao
(I had emerald on player 3 and went to Multi Man, as soon as an alloy spawned in the 3rd slot I got the Squealing Death Wii) :lol

Edit: Also, what is Mario 32?

Veritech Fox

Oh and Btw tried to see if the game would save if you transformed your character mid match with an activator code & it seems it doesn't (Desync replay). Which probably means it won't work online. =P

I think it's just normal Mario, Probably..

Warchamp7

Quote from: Xtreme Starfox;1835I think it's just normal Mario, Probably..

Well why is there two lmfao

farjo08

I tried the infinite coins, and while the display shows 9999, it seems that it only shoots the number of coins you currently have accumulated.

Any chance this could be fixed? Or maybe a better way instead of shoving the 9999 into the address (unless the true address can be found) would be to find the routine that decreases coins used and just nop it out?

EDIT: With 23 pages I didn't read them all, but doing a search, it appears this is already known. Sorry for the dupe post.

But in general, to all the hackers out there, thanks for the codes!
