Code Manager - PC

Hey, a while ago I found a version of code manager for PC that allowed tyou to enter code and create .gct or whatever files, does anyone know where I can find it?

why does it save to data/gecko/codes? will gecko OS automatically detect it?

data/gecko/codes is the code directory of Gecko 1.8+ - Gecko OS will not use it!
