Yeah, there was an item there. potions, I even tried organize several times where it moves weapons and armor first, it just causes them to disappear if they are in the first slot. (It reappears if elsewhere)

Here's the code list I got in it's entirety. (Although I only activated the slot item codes)

Final Fantasy IV The After Years (US)

Exp After Battle
04559C40 00500000

Imp, choose Organize
004F388F 00000050

Bomb, choose Organize
004F3893 00000050

Cockatrice, choose Organize
004F3897 00000050

Mindflayer, choose Organize
004F389B 00000050

Slot1 Item Modifier Lilith Rod:
044F3CF0 0000000E

Slot2 Item Modifier Stone Blade:
044F3CF4 00000022

Obviously the first part is right, but there must be something missing from asianking's code since I've tried 4 of them and they all go blank. Since I don't see how I'm screwing this up

Slot1 Item Modifier [hetoan2]:
044F3CF0 0000XXXX

Slot 2 [hetoan2]:
044F3CF4 0000XXXX

After taking a look at WiiRDGui, the Item Modifier codes are completely useless in this game since it behave differently than other RPGs. The only way to get the items you want is by using their Quantity slot (their Quantity Slot determines both the quantity and item itself).
For example, to get 80 Imps, you'll need to enter the quantity at the Imp address 804F388F (wiird gui address)
Imp, choose Organize
004F388F 00000050

As, for the Item Digits posted by asianking, those are only good for modifying the characters equipments individually.

Hi all, can someone explain how does the no random battle codes work?

the code title says "B+Upward On, B+Downward OFF", is that with the Wiimote holding up right or side way? and by upward/downward I assume it's the dpad?

I've tried both ways and it does not seem to work, nor does it work with classic controller.

I'm thinking of not using the joker and just not have any random battles at all, will this 2 lines of code do it?
04020318 60000000
0406D1B8 60000000

thanks!

Your rite... I guessing I'll reformat my work.

Hmmm, I used the Hetoan code for slot 1 to get the lilith rod, but it just made the item invisible
044F3CF0 0000000e

Edit: Tried it with several slots with both the lilith rob and stone blade, All I get is the item to turn invisible.

Can u try this code:

lilith rod
024f352a 00000001

stone blade
024f357a 00000001

Remember to organize

These two codes work perfectly after organizing.
Look forward to the rest of the items, thanks.

TreizeKnight

Thanks again, the best part is about the organize codes are that they can be stacked so you can use as many as you want at once. I'm sure there's a limit, but I've tried all the item codes that have been made already and no detrimental effects.

It's for the Wii Remote sideway (Horizontal), Upward as in walking Upward, otherwise, I would just say Up if it's vertical. Updated the Cheat Database with a Note that it;s for the Wii Remote.
If you remove the Joker then you'll not be able to turn the code off in-game and that means you will only get 1 random battle per loading game.

shoot, i got all the codes, but I want it to make it shorter... I'm stuck with combining codes. Can someone with combining technique help me with this.

16bit code

Starting is
804f382A

End is
804F3B6E

Going up by +4 from Start until it reaches End.

value should not exceed 63 (hex).

Thanks, I've managed to got it working now even with classic controller attached.

Use the Serial Code

CST4: Serial Code

08______ 000000XX : 8bits serial code (ba) 0NNNZZZZ VVVVVVVV Writes NNN+1 bytes (XX) at ba+address, then makes XX+=VVVVVVVV, address+=ZZZZ

08______ 000000XX      ______ = address , XX = Value
0NNNZZZZ VVVVVVVV   NNN to # of times to repeat, ZZZZ = offset between each address, VVVVVVVV = increase value by, in this case 00000000

Correct me if I'm wrong, I did test the code and it does give me the result as well, but the qty aren't what I expected.

Use the 16bit structure:
CST4: Serial Code
08______ XXXXXXXX : 32bits serial code (ba) 2NNNZZZZ VVVVVVVV Writes NNN+1 words (XXXXXXXX) at ba+address, then makes XXXX+=VVVVVVVV, address+=ZZZZ

Starting at 804f382a, end at 804f3B6E, incr by 4, qty at 63 (hex)

So the outcome is:
084f382a 804f3b6e
00000004 00000000

Where do I put the qty at? I try 00630004, but it give me a funny result ??? Also, I can't equip anything cause of the qty is high that full up inventory.

Starting is
804f382A

End is
804F3B6E

804F3B6E - 804f382A = 344/4 = 86, total repeat 86 more times

084F382A 00000063
10860004 00000000

Edited

Jackomel

I engineered the serial code a few pages back
084F34F3 00000063
01EA0004 00000000

broken down:
084F3XXX 000000YY
0ZZZ0004 00000000

XXX is the start address
YY is the quantity
ZZZ is the items amount

084F382A 00000063
10850004 00000000

Thanks for the help here, but i think u mis-calculated.

344/4 would equal D1-1 = D0.

Anyway, this is a very useful information, is there a way to keep this on site so people know how to combine codes...

Oh yeah and don't forget to change the qty to 62 (hex) otherwise you won't be able to equip items.

EDIT:

For some reason, I'm still missing items, such as the lith rod flame claws and stuff...

I tried 019f0000 000000000 on second line and it does give alot, but still missing... hmm X(  ???

Forgot to turn the Calculator to HEX mode on the last part..lol
Missing items means your starting address is not the Real starting address for Items, check the previous pages on my post about the Starting and Ending addresses

Jackomel

the (almost) complete specification of a slide code (that's how they were called on the gba) should be:
08XXXXXX 0000YYYY
ZZZZVVVV 0000TTTT

XXXXXX is the memory address
YYYY is the value to set
ZZZZ is how many times to repeat the code
VVVV is by how much should ZZZZ increase every time
TTTT should be by how much YYYY increases every time, didn't have an use for it
