---- It seems Turbo GFX 16 cdrom has its emulated ram in mem2,  to make things worse, values are Little Endian, and are not aligned to 16/32 bit boundaries,  meaning having to use 8 bit writes to write a 16 bit value, when a given code is not aligned on that 16 bit boundary.
