cant' get mario power tennis cheats to load

when i load them on the code manger it's like does not show the checkmark boxs next to them... any clue why?!? i load them as a text file... so i tried that... please help!!

If the text is in Bold then there is no checkbox because that is a category not a code.
If the text is in Italics then there is no checkbox because that is a comment not a code.
If the text is in normal writing then I have no idea why the isn't a checkbox.
