I agree for the NTSC one.

Well it is pretty easy to convert them.
All you do is put the Action Replay codes in GCNcrypt by Parasyte then you
put the code from that in to AR to WiiRD by James0x57.
Then you have the code

I have not ported or reused adresses, i have completely done the search by myself.
