Oh, right. I'm an idiot. I guess Jirachi's value for the Pokemon switch hasn't been found yet.

Mew, Celebi and Jirachi are the only ones unaccounted for. I'm guessing 40000000 and 80000000 would be two of them, but the third's still missing. I have a slight hunch it might be in one of those two No Pokeball entries, but I have no evidence to back that up.

Play around a bit and see what you find. I'd do it myself, but I have a crippling code-locking problem that I still haven't figured out how to fix which is preventing me from doing much testing.

Manaphy holds Jirachi, Celebi, and Mew data as well, as I have said before. As for the item modifier, Jirachi is in fact 70 for Item values; The list you're looking at is for bitwise spawning (or whatever it's called), which is just a way to conserve space.

Ex: Say you want to have a Pokeball to be able to choose between spawning A, B, C, and D; You could do it so you have 00000000, where if one of the bytes is FF, said letter would spawn...

OR, you could fit it all into one byte using bitwise (01, 02, 04, 08, 10, 20, 40, 80), where when the values added together get the same result as before (Ex: A is 01, B is 02, C is 04, D is 08, if you wanted all four able to spawn, you'd make the value 0F.)

Interesting...I didn't have these values:
40000000= ?
80000000= ?

I am going to test them later.I will post my results here :P

Character on the fly still doesn't work with me. Can anybody help? Using an original Gamecube Controller.

Also, I have this bug. Whenever I have used a code (I have tried the Giga Bowser for Player 1, the Custom Stage Modifier Code (playing on WiFi Waiting Room) and the Character on the fly Code that does not work) and each time I did so my name changes. I use the name RKTR (all capitals) and it changes to RK[][]. The [][] being squares that are completely white. How can this be? I've also tried RKTRZ but that doesn't seem to change. It only happens with RKTR, even if I make a new one it will happen again.

Can anybody find a nickname modifier or something? Would be awesome since I hate having all my stats removed or playing with a nickname I don't like. Thanks in advance.

Quote from: Green_Swirl;3685Is PK Fire technically an item? I thought it was since Wario can eat it.

In case anyone missed it.

Phantom Wings

Hello everyone, I just thought I'd drop by and see how things are going.

I noticed that there are a few people requesting a way to have multiple Item replacements. Here's a way that I've been using for a little while and it works fine for me:

Item Replacement Code:
4A000000 8098D528
D2000000 000000ZZ
2C0600XX 40820008\__________Copy These two
38C000YY 60000000/
                 <---------Create Copies into here
90DD08C0 00000000

XX = Item Replaced
YY = Item Replaced with
ZZ = <# of Items replaced> * 2 + 1

So if you wanted to modify 3 items at a time, you would have:

4A000000 8098D528
D2000000 00000007--- Got 7 from: 3 * 2  + 1 = 7
2C0600X1 40820008                ^# of Items
38C000Y1 60000000
2C0600X2 40820008\
38C000Y2 60000000  \_________Copies of the code
2C0600X3 40820008  /
38C000Y3 60000000/
90DD08C0 00000000

So the code would cause:
X1 = Y1
X2 = Y2
X3 = Y3

oh, and Reakt00r(did I spell that right?) the values for the name (for P1) is held in these offsets:

90180FC4
90180FC6
90180FC8
90180FCA
90180FCC

I'm guessing that one of the codes you have activated is constantly writing to the last two making a different symbol appear. Check your codes and make sure none of them are writing to there.

My game freezes while loading matches for online matches after I've done the music swap. I thought it was supposed to work online as well. What happened?

RupeeClock

Ah, about the music fixer.

The distant planet fix seems to have a mistake in it, I've got the Big Brain Academy song in the list twice.

I don't have all songs unlocked either, so there might be other mistakes I'm not able to find.

Edit: The melee stages also have duplicate tracks, and Melee DK stage just displays a blank list, that freezes if I try to exit...
Maybe it's because i'm on a japanese version here.

Edit: All of my melee stages are like this, they either have no listed music or two of the same track.
The music fixer seems to have broken my melee stages, hmm.
They all play fine though, no crashes.

giangatang

how do you use the infinite smash ball cheat? I have it enabled but when I finish using it, it disappears. I saw a video where they had the smash ball ability after the guy finished using it. How do I get this to work?

That's interesting, due to the fact (As an example);
Jungle Japes (Melee) My Music Reset
4A000000 9017F27C <-- Sets the starting memory write at said address.
14000000 00002801 <-- Sets the music for Jungle Japes #1 to "2801".
14000004 00002232 <-- Sets the chance it'll appear to 32 (Half).
14000000 00002818 <-- Sets the music for Jungle Japes #2 to "2818".
14000004 00002232 <-- Sets the chance it'll appear to 32 (Half).
E0000000 80008000 <-- Common ending line.

...Oh wait, I see my mistake already; Hold on while I go through and fix them, I'll upload a corrected version when done.

Simple explanation; I was tired and Hanenbow screwed me up.

Long explanation; ...The underlined in the previous code explains it quite well.

The messed up files (That should be fixed now): All the Melee stages and the Menu code, as well as Distant Planet.

darien95

With the Wi-Fi stage modifier, is it possible to have more than one of the stages at once? For example, you could choose Final Destination and it'd take you to the target test, and you could have other stages assigned to other levels.

And with the wi-fi music modifier, can you only have one track at a time? Or is it possible to switch between others?

And are these the only two codes that work on Wi-Fi?

Myto~

can someone post me a code that works for TL bombs being pokeball Link bomb being mini hammer diddy popgun being smart bomb and super scope having the smash ball come out?

im asking on the support bored cause the one i made didnt work

Nicely done, the melee stages all work properly now, and distant planet doesn't have the duplicate track. :)

These music fixers are a god-send, hopefully this means being able to play online now! Thanks man.

Btw, that reverse stage speed code is awesome, it has a really weird effect on distant planet, doesn't it?

I thought you fixed that? >> I think I told you about that as well when I PM'd you... Anyway there was also a mistake on New Pork City which I still see in the list you uploaded... Sorry for the trouble but here's my music fixer list (attachment) where things should be fixed. (That I've spotted at least. But no guarantees.)

Quote from: RupeeClock;3936Btw, that reverse stage speed code is awesome, it has a really weird effect on distant planet, doesn't it?

That code is great on that stage but the sad part is it gets terribly glitchy after the second time you jump on it. :(
