I haven't had the chance to test this code.  When I loaded it and tried to go into my pockets, the game froze.  I was just going into my pockets to get something out.  I will try again tomorrow and see if it has cleared up.

Well, I'll just test it out (I know my code didn't make your game freeze because it has an activator XD)

Edit: Yeah my code didn't work. I fixed it though, this one does work.

Fyi, the text address used in my text to item was found by Virus (I found his a bit better for what I wanted, and was trying to do)...

Hi there,

I just started using Gecko 1.802 and it seems that the code files I used previously no longer work. I understand that there are apparently new code types, but I'm afraid I don't understand it well enough to 'convert' the codes I already have...

Can anyone help me out here? Are new codes being created for 1.8, already, or is this something I need to figure out how to do on my own?

Thanks,

~ Duchess

Maniac

Old code types aren't affected or shouldn't be...  The new code types are mainly just for region free codes.

Duchess

Huh... well, for some reason, mine seem to be affected. I loaded up Homebrew Channel and loaded up the game through Gecko OS, but the codes didn't work.

Could this have something to do with the Wii System Menu update 4.0?

Having problems with Deep Pockets (Cycle Through Pockets With A + D-Pad Right & A + D-Pad Left). Perhaps less problems and just "things to be aware of", though if someone could fixe them, that'd be great.

1. Can't sell from any but the default pocket. If you have 2 items on the default pocket and fill pocket 2 with fruit, the sell screen will show a pocket with 15 fruit, but only 2 (the ones in the same spots as the items in your default pocket) will be selectable. If you see these items, Nook will buy the items from the default pocket and not the selected pocket.

2. Really easy to duplicate items. Recommend displaying the pocket contents when switching pockets.

3. Game crash if tool loaded from extended pocket. Switch pockets to any but the default, pick up a tool, view your pockets, select the tool and choose carry. Game will crash.

While this is a super handy cheat, 1 makes it a fair amount less useful. Can anything be done about that?

Quinn95

I used gecko OS to run some codes but I didn't use a usb gecko.
Will that do something bad?

I read somewhere you shouldn't use wiird codes without a usb gecko but that was after I used them

Romaap

lol, using codes without an USBgecko wont do anything bad :P

Can i use this text to item, and and the online duplication code?

They both start with 206E23C0 00004000

EDIT: OK, I tried it, and they both work, but if i text an apple to slot 1 (19000), then put anything in slot one to duplicate, it all turns into apples. For example, I create an apple with the text 19000, then i put a shovel in slot 1, and pressed c, and it turned into an apple, and duplicated an apple.

I guess they will work if I never text an item to slot 1? I'll test that out next.

I would like a duplication code, and a text to item code. :)

I'm having a problem now that I tested copying an item over wifi with the online duplication code.

I copied a blue pansy over wifi at someone elses town. It was my own item.

I came back to my town, and now anytime I open my pocket, my wii freezes. Anytime I open my pocket over wifi, my game freezes.

Even if I don't load the game via gecko (no codes loaded at all), I still can't open my pocket. I guess I'll have to edit my game save and empty my pockets.

Have you ever tested this over wifi, and what happens after you do copy something over wifi? I think it may still have bugs.

It doesn't have a bug, I've used it myself a lot of times
Make sure you don't use both TTI and my duplication code at the same time on wi-fi, because

if you're on wi-fi and press C to duplicate an item, the text to item code will also activate, so
it'll think you're wanting to store 0000 in slot one (offline)
so online you'll be fine but when you go offline you'll have 0000 in your first inventory slot, and the game will freeze
I suggest you just change the activator of my code
if you don't know how then I'll do it for you, tell me which buttons you want.
If you have any requests for AC:WW/AC:CF codes, send me a message. :D

Thanks so much!

What I'd like is for the Duplicate function to work when you press C and Z at the same time, while leaving Text to Item the same (c only).

I tried to do it myself, but then the game wouldn't load at all.

Can you post the code to make your Duplicate function work with C and Z? Much appreciated!

Can you also tell me which part of the code tells it to use C and Z so that I understand for future reference.

Thanks!

I had this written down somewhere, someone else made this
------------------------------------------------------------------
=activators=
206E23C0 XXXXXXXX <--- base

Button Values:

Wiimote D-Pad:
Left - 1
Right - 2
Down - 4
Up - 8

Wiimote:
Plus - 10
Minus - 1000
A - 800
B - 400
1 - 200
2 - 100
Home - 8000

Numchuk:
Z - 2000
C - 4000

How to make an activator:
So lets say for example I wanted to make a button activator that
triggered on Z+C+1+2.
You would simply add all the button numbers together and place
that in your X line.
The code would be this:
206E23C0 00006300  (Z+C+1+2 = 2000+4000+200+100 = 6300)
If you have any requests for AC:WW/AC:CF codes, send me a message. :D

jettrue

Thanks! so, for z and c, I leave everything the same, but change that line to 00006000?
