I was checking on that.. while you can transform from Werehog to Hedgehog in some cases the rule is simple: only if the game loads the other char.. and the same would be for Super Sonic.. first of all: we have to convince the game to load the other character!

dont think it would work well if y'all get it to work. has anyone gotten super sonic to be playable on normal stages for sonic adventure 1 and 2, heroes, 2k6, and this? i think not.

That's because they were just model changes with a different gameplay addition and they were restricted to their Boss stage (IIRC). 2006 was a different ballpark, ST was PLANNING on making him playable in normal stages but, then scrapped the idea (the Rainbow Gem would have allowed you to play as him). I already know about how the past games were and ST's habits, this one's just looking slightly different from the past games. And, remember, people originally thought playing as non-mech Tails in Sonic's stages wouldn't be possible for SA2B and that happened (he was a different character, thus, it was possible) so, this could be the same case here as well except, slightly different in how it has to be executed.

Link, is there anyway to convince the game to load the characters? Or... are you still looking into it?

sure its possible but no one has made it happen; "super sonic zipping through normal stages instead of a final boss fight."

Does super sonic even have a forward/backward animation?
I thought he only moved left to right.

If you pay close attention to the way he attacks and moves in the final boss battle you can see him zooming in at top speed, that could be the action used in moving forward on boost kinda like in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIA9hXM3A6Y

That is correct but, if you forced the dash animation they use when you attack each eye and slow it down a little (making the boost the full speed one) then it'd likely work. Backwards, I don't know how you'd get that to work... sounds like it'd have to be completely ignored or coded so if you go backwards it's the same animation.

It can be done just fine, it just might look a little weird.
I mean, I made a moon jump for animal crossing and you can't even jump in that game.
It will look like he is standing still but going backwards.

Haha, that'd be funny, Super Sonic would then essentially be moonwalking. :p

i'm going to have to ask for a moon jump and one hit kill, max rings for super sonic (final stage), inf health when you are a robot, as my boyfriend is getting so mad with this game that he will break a nerve soon and i will have a broken wavebird too lol

ROBOT WTF!?!?!? Oh you mean the Light Gaia Colossus?for that part just dodge at the precise time and punch left or right! it's VERY easy

moonjump doesn't work with the GCN controller but works with Wiimote+Nunchuk, why is that!?

thats because it checks if the A button is pressed on the wiimote, if it is, it executes the code
