However this code would be useful for people who have burnt out disc drives and are forced to use USB loaders :)

You can find some XML templates here:
http://www.rvlution.net/wiki/Patch_Templates

If you want to learn to set up a XML for Riivolution, go here:

If you want me to set up a specific template for brawl, just ask ;)

You can make this two lines by using a Gecko Register, so you won't need a terminator.  First, load the value to write into the Gecko Register using an 8000 code.  Then write the Gecko Register to MEM2 using a 8420 code.

I think this code could be shortened too

Ups right, didn't see that. For some reason the 42 code was not possible because it was not perm. on this address o.0 why is that?
lolz

dcx2

?  What do you mean "42 code was not possible"?

Deathwolf

actually 4A and 42 are the same codetyps but 4A is for pointer codes if I'm right?

so it would be :

42000000 90000000
0018F15B 000000YY <-- New Playable Stage
E0000000 80008000

and

4A000000 90000000
1018F15B 000000YY <-- New Playable Stage
E0000000 80008000

But the 42 codetype didn't work for some reason.
lolz

dcx2

I don't see why it wouldn't work.  If it was a 91000000 address you'd need 01 instead of 00.  But that's not it.
