why it doesn't work?

Well, I can never find a small enough size for my USB stick which is 4GB or can never find one at all.

Pal brawl iso is over 6 gig
NTSC brawl iso is over 7 gig

I use a 1 tb hardrive and usbloader GX

why Is NTSC brawl so much larger compared to PAL?

Just another reason of why NTSC get everything.
