Spectrobes Origins menu stuck

Hi everyone, i know the forums are kind of dead but i really need help.

Finally started playing Spectrobes with cheats and i enabled the all weapons code from the start.
But at some point in the game i get stuck because a certain cutscene wont occur if you already have all the weapons.

so i used this code,
All Weapons [Thomas83Lin]
092A2010 00000001
202F000C 00000000
May not let a cutscene take place on third planet, if you get stuck just change the 1 at the end of the first line to a 0 to delete all your weapons then after cutscene re-enter Original code

I changed the value like in the description but now every time when I open the cosmo menu and close it the menu freezes.
I can still play the game if I don't use the menu but that just sucks.
And even if I play the game without cheats or with the original all weapons code the menu will simply freeze when you close it.

Does someone have any ideas why this happened? or a way to fix this?
