Convert DS Action Replay Codes to Gecko Codes?

Hey guys,
is there a programm to convert the codes?
As an example, there are some cool action replay codes for cod black ops on the DS, which are Action Replay Codes.
Is there any way to port or recreate them on the Wii Version with Gecko Codes??

I know, but I am asking, if you could find the value on the wii with default value (from the DS adress) search and modify it etc.
