Black Ops

The only way I can successfully load the game is loading it on Neogamma. (I use r7)
I noticed that there was an option to turn Ocarina on. I made a .txt and a .gct file for Black Ops, but whenver I load the game off of a DVD with the settings at :

Hook Type: VI (buggy)
Ocarina On: SD(Using cIOS)

I get a "FAT" Error..?

Is there another way to cheat with a burned disc?
