Inject hacks/codes into the ISO of a game?

I'm sure it's possible.  However, describing the process would probably be against the forum rules, as you would need a backup launcher or USB loader in order to run your modified ISO.

the process is not needed, only wanted to know, if you could hexedit ASM modifications into a wii ISO somehow, because
Ozelot discovered that for ROMs, so he only needed to play the modified ROM and he was invincible without applying codes.
(The MasterSystem ROMs are written in ASM, not PPC, so he hexedited some 1 line ASM codes...)
