Why did they take all of the good Wiiware games off?

Seriously, what do they have against Wiiware games? Why can't I get Sectrets of Monkey Island Tales anymore?
I was gonna save so I could get the other parts! Also, why was Monkey Island 2 taken off so soon?

I know Pirating isn't allowed here, but it's so hard not to, cocidering they took the best games off! :'(

In my personal opinion, once software is abandoned by the publisher and unavailable for purchase, you can't really "pirate" it.
