Will PAL Super Smash Bros. BRAWL ! run on NTSC wii

Hello, I want to buy SSBB but I do not know whether the work (I live in Poland but i bought wii in USA)
My system menu version is 4.2U and i'm using Gecko OS 1.9.3.1.

4.2U = USA/NTSC
4.2E = Europa/PAL
4.2J = Japan /NTSC-J

just running gecko os 1.9.3.1 and turn "regonfree" on.

Need I softmod ? (modified IOS 36 for brawl ?) or any similar modifications ?

For this game, but i actually fails for some other games. Some games need to think that the system language is japanese(easy fix: select japanese in Gecko OS). Others look for some county string(Country String patching option in various loaders), and since Gecko OS doesn't so anything about it...

Oh and there's of course the video mode "issue". The "100%" are for playing the game in its native video mode, if you "need" to force it, then the compatiblity dramatically reduces.

language of the system must be english or it freezt lol
