Super Smash Bros. Brawl (NTSC)

Whenever I try loading it, I get a No DVD error. However, it's and official game and I can play it normally through the Wii menu (NTSC game for a NTSC Wii, etc. It's all normal), so I know it works lol. But I wanted to use the Gecko OS for some codes. I'm using version 1.9.3. Any idea what may be my problem?
