It's not wrong i've tested it and it worked for me.:)

You can try several things:

1.Try the code without replacing the fat symbols.
2.Make sure you have a wired gamecube controller in socket 1, and not a wavebird controller.
3.While in brawl or training mode get a superscope, and shoot. You see normal shots, but when you press D-pad up, down, left or right the ammo changes, try shooting now, does it works? In meanwhile i'm going to check the code another time just to make sure he works:)

And just for you to know, you can't shoot pokemon. And I don't think he can shoots assist trophy's either.:)

I have tested it another time and it worked for me again, I think you are replacing the wrong values:)

Thanks, this is the kind of code I've been looking for, for a while, since I use moveswaps quite regularily, but it's annoying when you're limited by the character entry animations. I'll be making codes, as I've said, almost immediately when I get my USBgecko due to past experience with hacking, and they'll be ones that will be useful for most or all players that visit this thread.

Okay, so, I've been trying something. I've been looking into softswapping regular Brawl stages, and I got some interesting results when softswapping Final Destination with Battlefield.

the superscoope code works and is awesome but you cant do continuos fire, just press the A/fire button once while holding D pad in the right direction to make your projectile of choice come out, you can also charge it up to make it bigger, but fully charged will just make a normal charged super scope shot

But what about the assist trophies?

I think assist trophies have set animations that don't have any key to activate, and just lock on to players, plus have no icons, damage, etc.
So the answer is, it's pretty unlikely, probably impossible to play or even control / gain access to an assist trophy in the same way that it's possible with a character.

Pokemons and Throphys are sometimes available to use item swap cheat with. Sometimes when i tested with piplup i could "hold" him as a grenade and if i actually got attacked or let it go after awhile it would do what it normally did. 80% of the fights it wouldnt show up at all.

With the superscope cheat, did you change the code for all 4 players to use or just for player 1? I know you mentioned it but Player one was still above in the text.

The superscope mod is for all players, it was, in the NTSC code, only for player 1.
