The difference with a modded Wii and an unmodded Wii is the homebrew channel from http://hbc.hackmii.com/. The difference is that with a modded Wii, it will flip you off, and with and with an unmodded Wii it will use the index finger to point instead and of course the unmodded Wii cannot boot backup. BTW I use YAOSM. I also use Rawdump using a special DVD-ROM drive to bump my game.

Yeah. I realized that the problem is my Argon firmware. I think it's outdated (first or second realease). I can't update my Argon firmware at the moment, so I'm trying to hack the original DVDs (GeckoOS works flawlessly) instead their backups.

Thanks for you reply though.

Problem Solved!

Just using geckoos 1.07a with rebooter...

The Reboot gives all DVD access to my wii and now my backups work flawlessly!

ahh I wish i had of seen this thread earlier. Yeah the rebooter will work flawlessly because the wii menu constantly "kicks" the drive into action until it works. Basically I have this problem with d2pro, it seems to be a little unresponsive. However, upon MULTIPLE clicks of launch game it WILL eventually boot (you'll hear your drive make a little click noise when it finally kicks into action) use this when applying codes, as generally it won't detect the game on rebooter if you'r drive has an "unresponsive" chip.

Just an idea for nuke, maybe you could add in config "continuously run disk check on rebooter and launch" for people with this chips, so it runs the same instruction looped until the drive kicks in! And maybe add a button to cancel it incase you're an idiot and forget to put the disk in. I BELIEVE this is how the wii menu / rebooter get it every time though

oh really?

I have yaosm 3.2 modchip on my wii and I installed HBC like few months ago.
I never notice middle finger cursor when I install HBC or use HBC.
