Someone Help Please?

Recently, I have been trying to get my hands on a working Item Wheel hack for MKW, but every single one I have tried ends up just being a 'Always have bullet-bill' hack, which was my first hack on the game, but now, even though I deleted the old GCT file containing that hack, it wont go away, and any other hacks I try and do, dont register, but this one always does. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and a possible solution to the problem?   :-\
