Gecko os 1.9.3.1 problem (an exception has occured and Code dump any help?

 :confused:When I load gecko os 1.9.3.1 on my 4.1u wii it will say an exception has occured dsi error and it says code dump on the bottom I used the conduit NTSC-US version plz tell me how to fix this and wht hook type should I use. And also when I click reboot with hooks when I load the game the screen turns black. Any ideas on this?
