Cheat manager cutting off after page 39

I'm trying to use some codes for FE: Radiant Dawn, but the codes I want are at the far end of the code page, and for some reason, it cuts off halfway through page 39. Is there any way to rectify this problem?

System specs:

NTSC
Firmware 4.2
Cheat Manager .3

EDIT: I see now. It might be because the Cheat Manager can't handle files larger than 64 KBs. A shame. If it gets updated, they may want to double the limit.
