To my knowledge no game yet contains 3.4 - the worst thing you need to update to to my knowledge is 3.3v1 (Animal Crossing, Wii Music)

Guitar Hero World Tour, Some Wii Music copies, and a lot of others force 3.3v2, but only a few really bad 3rd party games force 3.4. I'm pretty sure hotels for dogs or w/e does force it.

can't be sure tho since i didn't buy it.
