Gecko Regoinfree error? Please help

I have recently successfully installed the homebrew channel, but I have trouble starting Gecko Regoinfree 1.5. When I click on Gecko Regoinfree 1.5 in the homebrew channel it successfully loads but then the screen turns black and some random letters and numbers in white show and near the bottom of the screen its says code dump (which is the only words on the screen). I am pretty sure the gecko region free file isn't the problem because I tried many different ones and had the same problem. The Gecko Regoinfree 1.5 file is saved in the root of the sd card like apps/regionfree/ boot.elf, icon, meta (so there should be no problems there). What do you think is wrong and what can I do to fix it? I really appreciate your reply.
