Unknown Value Search 1st Search Condition

Does it matter if I put "Unknown Value" and "Equal" as "Search Condition", then continue with "Greater Than" or put "Greater Than" right away? It is the same?

The first time I perform a search, there´s no previous search (obviously), therefore using any condition should do because there´s nothing to compare to.

Just wondering. The more convenient solution is the 2nd, I usually did the 1st to have it right for sure.

Yes, but before I do that I can change it. Does it mean it doesn´t matter what´s selected then?

If I reconnect, the box becomes un-greyed / enabled even though I´ve got an unknown value search. I consider it a bug. :eek:

The contents of the comparison type combo box do not matter for an unknown search.  That's why it's disabled.

Reconnecting during searches has a tendency to glitch the enable/disable state of some controls.  It's just cosmetic, values for controls that should have been disabled are still unused.
