can somebody tell me what static memory is? and if i can disable it if its the memory that moves all over the place. and if you reply can u be nice and not a smartass about it. its been a while since i messed with this shit.

Are you talking about SRAM?  If so, it's fast, expensive RAM (as opposed to DRAM, which is slower but much cheaper).  If not... no idea.

you could patch their MEMAlloc or rso loading to force it to always load to the same place
