I can't directly repost the codes, but if someone could port them that'd be cool.

Translation:

HP doesn't decrease
be able to select all weapons/equipment (Classic controller)
Upgrade material items don't decrease
Can upgrade weapons even with insufficient materials
Dye exchange items don't decrease (not really that useful)
Can exchange for dyes even with insufficient materials (again, this doesn't matter much)

Which dump do you need then, in-game for both NTSC-J and NTSC-U or just one of them?

Both USA and Japan region dump in-gameplay same spot easier to port.
