I'm not sure if its been done... but instead of having region specific wiis like a japanese wii or a european wii or an america is it possible to mod some data through a preloader modding app or something so it says in the wii menu, wii menu 4.0J E U ? I know I am unable to play wii now, and probably wii forever cause i still need mine fixed. I was just curious about this
