i find it funny that someone posts a banner and icon... and calls themself "Hideous" not to make fun of your screen name or anything... its just kindof ironic. i love it btw... except the colors, although they're still nice i would prefer orange 0.o...

How fitting, I googled "Gecko Foot" too. I don't really have any gecko lizards around to take pictures of.

Thing is you didn't give credit.You know you have to give credit when you use ANYTHING that has a copyright? And EVEN if it doesn't has copyright,you SHOULD give credit.

Lets just borrow some nintendo RSA keys and tickets to make the USB GEcko Channel, im sure they wont mind at all that we 'borrowed' their compiled code to make the final product. Hell, im sure they wouldnt mind if we took their Virtual Console Emulators, pulled the ROM out and put in our own from our own ROM Warez collection. After all its ok to use other peoples work for our own gain.

seems Hideous would feel more at home over at GBATemp. Really man, you cant take someone elses work, change it, and pass it on as your own. Thats how and why homebrew (and everything else for that matter) gets a crap name.

any picture posted on the internet is protected by a basic Creative Commons license and so are websites and literature so anything you take from a website must be credited. (text, layouts, or pictures (thats why at the bottom of every page on this forum says powered by vBulletin) anyways the reason google images can get away with it is because all images are scaled down and called "remakes" which are allowed under the creative commons, but ONLY because they still have to give credit for it with a link to the site it was from and original title.
