Assembly Emulation without Wii

I wish there was some app which allows one to execute and step through self-written ppc assembly including register viewer.
It would be pretty neat to have it like if one was working with gecko.net... (like the external pointer search app dr.pepper made).
Without ALL ppc instructions supported, it´s no use for me. I have to pass, Romaap. :-\
