Tomb Raider Anniversary EU PAL Health Meter Help

This is another game that is giving me a headache (literally) I know for sure that some of the items codes are Pointers but I got too far into the game to search them out after I figured it is a pointer for the small "med packs" I will have to start a new one where there alot of these to pick up near the beginning of the game I think the address' change at each checkpoint or it maybe like every other checkpoint..anyway...I tried Unknown value searches for the health meter and cant seem to come up with anything and worst yet,it very well may be a pointer code,but I cant even find one address yet to determine that or not...any help here??
